Hi Brad,

Forgive me, however I am not able to replicate the issue of yours. Also, the link that you have provided is not working as well. Furthermore, may I know which of our WebGridSamples that does not work.

Perhaps, some settings have been missing in your sample. Please kindly, download and try my sample that I attached in here and compare with your sample. The sample that I provided is using Northwind database and having pivot charting has been enabled.

Pivot Charting

We're using a trial version of the WebGrid and we're thinking of purchasing the grid but we've not been able to enable pivot charting. When we enable it and then click the icon to see a chart, we get a little box in the corner of our chart space which goes to: http://localhost:3855/WebGrid/ISChart.axd?imageId=14202ba2-f111-4d95-ba37-01954e27ae79&imageFileServer=undefined&imageFormat=". Even the sample in "WebGridSamples" does not work.

Furthermore, in some cases, we just get a circle in the middle of the grid which indicates that the report is processing but it just goes on and on without ever displaying anything. We've enabled permissions, we've added the ChartRequest handler to our web.config file, etc., but still we get these errors. We also had another issue where all of the images referenced in the chart where invalid. They were all pointing to an invalid spot. We were able to fix that but it was rather tedious.

Any help would be appreciated.
