I have looked again at my sample and its doing fine on my side.

I have attached my simple sample, could you please try the sample on your side? If you don't mind, could you please send me a sample of your application?

I will investigate it more further based on your sample.

On my sample, please run the first try without the Topmost property called.

uXDialogBox1.Topmost = true;

and on the second try please run in with the UXDialogBox1's Topmost property called.

Thank you and have a nice day.

Regards,
Niven.

Nested UXDialogBoxes

Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that didn't work. The form even though it is marked topmost displayed behind the calling form. Just to review I launch a UXWindow, the user clicks an add button the first UXDialog displays properly then the user clicks a Find button and the second UXDialog displays behind the first.

Incidentally here is the quirky part, if the user clicks an edit button on the first UXDialog it displays properly but when they click Find button on the second UXDialog it also displays properly.

I have the same code to display a dialog box whether it is an add or an edit.

You can set the TopMost property of UXDialogBox to true to the last popup dialog box.

Please let me know if this works on your side.

Thank you and have a nice day.

my windows pops up the first dialog just fine. the second dialog pops up fine but the last dialog displays beneath the previous dialog. I can see it has the modal because I can't click the top dialog because it should actually be beneath the previous dialog. Why would the last dialog pop up beneath the previous one?
