Hello John,

You won't get an error while only installing ASP.Net controls in VS2008. But you will get an error while installing all controls. It happens because Intersoft's clientUI (Silverlight) controls, project templates, and live samples is open in VS2010. So, to install the silverlight controls, I suggest you to use VS2010.

Yes I have VS2008 and the .NET environment installed. I am upgrading my copy of weubUI 2010R2 to 2011R1. I did get the error, ignored it but nothing was installed. I finally was able to get the controls installed but only installing the ASP .NET controls. I have the Premium version and it wouldn't work if I tried to install the Silverlight controls.

Could you please let me know what is the environment ?

Have you install Visual Studio and .Net framework ? If you're not install VS 2010 yet, you might be got an error when install iswizard.dll. If you got this error, ignore that error and see whether the istallment still work or not. Please let me know if there's not work or you still get any problems while installing Intersoft 2011 R1.

I suggest you to open the installer by Run as administrator.

Trying to install 2011R1, but keep getting an error. I've tried with the full download and the web download. The error code that is displayed is 2337.

Any ideas?
