WebDesktop: incorrect Desktop Height

I have another question concerning the height of the Desktop. the Desktop height is 100% (like in the Samples) but it is only shown as a small bar. I changed it to (e.g.) 800px, this works but i want this to be in % and not in px. The Width is also 100% and is shown correctly.
