I have tried to create a simple WebDesktopManager with one shortcut and using a targetURL pointing to another .aspx page, the result is just fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.intersoftpt.com/tdn/downloads/DesktopManager_Icon.zip " target="_blank"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt; "&gt;Here&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt; "&gt;&amp;nbsp;is the link of video that using that particular scenario and it works nicely.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt; "&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also attached my simple sample for you to investigate and compare with your project. If, at the end, you are still having a sample issue, could you kindly send me a simple running sample that will replicate the issue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have removed the DOCTYPE declaration from all pages.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;
