However, you can show all rows on dropdown using designer.

Please follow the steps below in order to do this.

Open WebCombo.NET designer > Advanced Settings > LayoutSettings.

Set AlwaysShowAllRowsOnDropdown property to true.

‘AlwaysShowAllRowsOnDropdown’ property determines whether or not to display all rows when dropdown arrow is clicked. When enabled, it will allows filtering to be turned off easily when there is selected value and dropdown arrow is clicked. Thus will make WebCombo to behave like dropdown.

Hope this helps.

WebCombo turn off autocomplete/instantlookup

Hi,

This is more of an 'integration with webgrid' question. We're using webcombo in our grid as a dropdown editor. Problem is either autocomplete or instant lookup are always present... so when our users are editing a WebCombo column they need to erase the cell value to look at the rest of the options (as autocomplete or lookup will discard the rest of the datasource entries).

Is it possible to webcombo to behave like a dropdown. I know I can just change the column type to Dropdown, but as we're using webcombo outside grids the users would like to keep the same style/functionality.

Thanks
