IE freeze after webgrid filter

I have a grid defined as below on a couple different pages.  On one of the pages that uses this, IE 8 will freeze up after they perform a filter on one of the columns.
This only happens for certain users.  Are there any IE settings, add-ons, etc. that I should look for that can cause this behaviour.
Again it works fine for most users, it is only some users and only one of the pages that uses the grid as defined below.
The other pages use the same code and it works fine.

LoadMoreData and scroll position

Hi all,

Whenever we are having multiple records say 200 in the grid.

By default we are loading say 50 rows.

As you scroll down, it keeps loading more 50 rows...
However, after loading it scrolls back to the top of the grid.

Please advice on the above concern.

WebGrid.NET stopped working all of a sudden

We have a website running WebGrids 3.5. we are receiving reports from our users that they are getting a webgrids error. The error description is “sorry, WebGrid.NET does not currently support the browser you used”. We have had 3 reports in the last week (Week of Sept 6th). These are users that were visiting our website without any issues prior to last week.

Our Tech Support Team has collected the following data from 1 user:

· Operating System: Windows XP Pro with SP3

· Browser Version: Internet Explorer 7

· Addons: Yahoo Toolbar

Troubleshooting steps:

· Tried IE7 with “no addons” mode

· Tried resetting IE7

Our technical support team escalated the issue to Development. Development has researched and could not reproduce the error. Development has compiled the following list of known compatible configurations…

Known working configurations:
