You can change the styles directly by using either the provided style properties or control the WebCombo's appearance globally by specifying the CSS class name.

For example: following style is applied to WebCombo's DropDown Arrow

For more detail information about this, please check WebCombo Styles Overview in WebCombo Documentation (the online version is available in here).

Following WebCombo samples demonstrates the implementation of custom style in WebCombo.

Style_Classic.aspx

Style_Classic3D.aspx

Style_Default.aspx

Style_GreenGrass.aspx

Style_IE7.aspx

Style_Mac.aspx

Style_Outlook.aspx

Style_VS.aspx

Style_XPBlue.aspx

Style_XPSilver.aspx

But when trying to do this I am getting an error saying, "Design time license is not found. You should not use Webcombo.Net in design-time environment. Please refer to license agreement".

This problem happen because of incorrect license keys. Please do the following to resolve this problem:

Remove your license key from the License Manager.

Re-input your license key. Please double check this time that there are no extra blank spaces and that all cases are correct.

For more detail, please check the article: "How to resolve license issue in Visual Studio Design-time" in WebCombo Knowledge Base.

Hope this helps.

Webcombo Design Change

Hi,

I am using Webcombo in my application.

I wanted to do some design changes to the combo - the downarrow of dropdown should be changed to a "Search icon" image.

But when trying to do this I am getting an error saying, "Design time license is not found.
