Hans, thank you so much for your patience! When we dug our documentation, I found a runtime licence key. When I put that into the web.config, everything worked fine! Thanks again for your time.

Hello,

The existing Intersoft ID (Developer Network) is the email that you registered when you purchase the Intersoft license for the first time.
You could find the email / username in your “Order Reference” records / document.

If you couldn’t get your email, could you please inform me your Order Reference Number?

Hi, Hans. Thank you so much for your reply. When I went to the licenses page, it asked me to link account.

I am not sure whether I have an Intersoft Link Account. I put my current usernamd and password to this and hit the Link Account but it did not work. How do I obtain this Intersoft Link Account?

I apologize for this inconvenience.

You could get the RunTime License Key, from Intersoft website (http://www.intersoftpt.com/).
First of all, please try to log in to the Intersoft website, with your registered account.
Once you logged in, go to your License Key information (https://www.intersoftpt.com/Account/Licenses).
In that page, find (in this case) WebGrid v8 control, then press the “Register License” button to get the RunTime License Key.

We were able to deploy one of our website to our dev box with WebGrid. We did not have any issues until today. All of a sudden, we got this error

WebGrid.NET - Unlicensed version
The system is unable to find the license needed to run this component.
For more information about the License Agreement of this component, please visit Intersoft Website or send email to Intersoft Accounts Dept
Check lists: * Make sure you entered correct license key (not RuntimeLicenseKey) during Installation. * License key is Case Sensitive.

I found a similiar issue with the following URL.

However, it did not give me the specific remedy. Please let me know what Run-time key I need to use or if any other solution, please let know.
