Hello Matt,

I think this is not possible since you navigate into the new page.
You can save the state if you still in the same page. You can load the navigate page inside an Iframe or something.

That is still not going to work. Yes it will keep the expanded state on a post back but. I am doing to redirect to a new page with the WebTreeview in the masterpage it will get rebound then loosing the expanded state.

Hello Matt,

Please see BatchUpdate.aspx in our WebTreeView sample. You can AddNode or RemoveNode. When made selection expand or collapse the node, then postback, the state would be still remained.

I have the Webtreeview on the master page and and using it for navigation for my site. I want to be able to preserve the expanded tree nodes when the user clicks a node to go to a new page. I also at bind I am removing some of the nodes depending on the user privileges.

We have a sample that similars with your need. Please open WebTreeView sample>>SelectedNodes.aspx.
Also, What do you mean by removes nodes at bind?

How do I get the treeview to save the selected node state in a masterpage post back?
I also need to dynamically remove nodes at bind.
