The message below shows the information submitted into the “Microsoft Connect” by
                Hackwaly at https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/635648/.

            Under IE8, if the subdocument of IFRAME's DOCTYPE is not specified, it(the subdocument
            of IFRAME) will render as Quirks Mode.

IE9 did not according to this behavior:
When top document is Standard IE9 Mode.
No way make subdocument rendered as Quirks Mode.

Can IE9 regress this behavior before release? There is too many page needs it.

                In a simple case, IE 9 is currently force the subdocument located inside an IFRAME
                to use XHTML doctype if the top document is in standard IE 9 mode.

                This issue is not reproducible if the document is not located inside an IFRAME.

                Hope this helps.

IE9 Month View Rendering Issue

Unfortunantly changing from HTML to XHTML did not resolve the problem.

On a maybe related note, I checked with your live demos using IE9 and received a message "The browser has a problem which prevents this sample to render properly in an IFRAME". When I clicked on the problem link, I got a "Page Not Found" error. My current implementation uses an IFRAME, what doesn't render properly?
IE9 Month View Rendering Issue

Hi,

May I know what doctype that you use? If you use HTML, you could try to use XHTML doctype. Just change the code to:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

......

</html>

Hope it helps.

This works correctly in IE8 and Firefox.

Are you planning on releasing a version of the scheduler which officially supports IE9?
