Thank you for your reply. I believe it would be better to provide a short video clip of the problem. Can you inform me as to what video file format I can upload?

Thanks - Frank

Color bar drag & drop issues

Hello,

Thank you the question.

If you don’t mind, could you please help me to provide me more information regarding your scenario?
It is possible to you to provide me the simple runnable sample that replicates your issue?
So I can help you to investigate your scenario further more.

Thank you very much and I apologize for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you.

Regards,
Hans.

Color bar drag & drop issues

Gentlemen,

Not sure if this is a setting issue somewhere or not but here is my scenario;

My visible timeline times are from 7am to 1130pm. I have 20 or so resources.

My webscheduler has a "fixed" height and width so that the vertical and horizontal scrolling are on the control and not the page.

When the webscheduler first loads, the visible time is 7am to 7pm, and I can see 13 of the 20 resources. I can scroll vertically and horizontally to see more resources and times.

The problem is if I want to drag and drop a color bar horizontally past the initial loading of 7pm or vertically past the resource 13, I cant!

When the color bar gets to 7pm or to resource 13, the control does not scroll with the color bar movement, so the color bars cannot be dragged/dropped past the initial loading of 7pm or resource 13.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks - Frank
