Based on your scenario, I think Filter Resources based on user should be more applicable. Please refer into &lt;a href="http://www.intersoftpt.com/Community/WebScheduler/can-filter-resource-category-and-event/" target="_blank"&gt;this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/a&gt;thread. There is a simple sample about how to filter resources. Hope this helps.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a case where each user will have several (5-7) different resorces.  There will be 20 users total - what I would like to do is only display resources for the logged in user.&lt;/p&gt;
