Thanks for your support. Due to change on UI I had to use batch-update functionality and problem seems to fixed now.

I believe that logically your provided solution will work in earlier situation also because that approach had only problem of not updated some pending changes.

I created a simple sample of batch-update WebGrid where you can commit all changes with a single action, button click. Simply invoke AcceptAllChanges() from client-side to submits all updates in a single AJAX request from client-side event.

Please have the attached sample evaluated on your end and feel free to modify it to reflect the WebGrid setting you are using.

Hi ,

We have a page where a column is of TextBox type. We have a button which will save all grid data by using in-built method GetCachedDataSource() .

Problem occured when grid display message "please wait while grid is in progress" . That time the values of textBox just entered before this message; are not available by GetCachedDataSource() method; so at time of saving data such entries are missed. Due to functionality we have to use external submit button inplace of Batch update functionality.

Is any way exists by which values of such entries can retrieve ?
