Hello Yousif,

I have submitted a feature request to our WebGrid development team.

I have attached a simple sample of your wanted scenario.

After you drag out a WebGrid and WebCallOut controls to the WebForm. Create a cell template by setting ColumnType to Template on WebGrid.NET Designer -> Advanced -> Column.

Would you kindly add this to a future feature request please? We'd prefer using a standard tooltip because there is no overhead to adding it.

In the meanwhile, is there an example you can provide for how to integrate a WebCallOut into a specific cell please? Thank you.

I'm sorry but you can't customize a tooltip.

For this issue, I can advice you to use a WebCallOut, which can works well with conditional formatting on WebGrid.

We'd like to be able to set a tooltip on specific cells formatted using conditional formatting. I've looked at the ISNet.WebUI.WebGrid.WebGridFormatCondition object but don't see a way to do it. I checked the FormatStyle property but it does not have anything that would allow me to set the tooltip.
