Compiled website: Context Menu feature is disabled because menu runtime system can't be loaded

Finally got it working. When hitting "Copy SmartWebResource to Project Folder" in Deployment Manager,

I realized it copied the DLLs to the root of the website, not in the Bin folder.

After copying thoses DLLs from the root to the Bin folder, the message went away.

On a compiled VB.NET website (Build -> Publish in Visual Studio 2012), when browsing pages with

Webgrid 8 on them, I get the error popup "Context menu feature is disabled because menu runtime system can't be loaded. Ensure you registed SmartWebResources in this web application. "

I do not get this error when browsing the uncompiled version of the website.

I used the Deploy Manager to enter our runtime license keys, ISNet.WebUI.WebDesktop.Resources.dll is in the bin folder.

What am I missing?
