Could you please kindly do the following and let us know the result?

Try to set the page size to a size wider than the current page size (for example: to A3 or wider); set the orientation to ‘landscape’; or lessen the margins (left, right, top,and bottom). After this, try to print using IE’s Print Preview command.
In most cases, the Height and Width property of WebDesktopManager is set to 100%. Try to set those properties to a value, for example: 1440 x 900. After this, try to print using IE’s Print Preview command.

We have a intranet web application using WebDesktop 3.0. We only support IE 6/IE 7. When user trying to print using IE's Print/Print Preview command, only two blank pages are printed. Can you please us to address this issue?
