I couldn't replicate this issue in our local end. Regarding to this problem, I have made you a simple sample. Could you please look at my sample and please let me know if this issue still persist in my sample in your local end? You can download my sample in this link. Hope this helps.

Hi There,

Iam trying to link webcombos with related data. Parent webcombo is single select and Child webcombo is multiselect. When an item is selected in parent combo, related data is not populated in child.

If both the combos are single select...then it does. Could you please help me if we need any special configuration/settings for multiple select combo.
