&lt;p&gt;For setting the delay, you can use Latency in WebCombo's Properties. By default, it set to &lt;span style="font-family: 'courier new'; color: red; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: en-us; mso-fareast-language: en-us; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"&gt;Latency&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'courier new'; color: blue; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: en-us; mso-fareast-language: en-us; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"&gt;="500"&lt;/span&gt; . When it set to higher number, it will slower the call process, for example you can set it to &lt;span style="font-family: 'courier new'; color: red; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: en-us; mso-fareast-language: en-us; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"&gt;Latency&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'courier new'; color: blue; font-size: 10pt; mso-fareast-font-family: calibri; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: en-us; mso-fareast-language: en-us; mso-bidi-language: ar-sa"&gt;="1000"&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;so what i need to set is, want to set some delay until user types some input then call the business method.&lt;/p&gt;
