The selectedItem will be correctly set with the selected object in the UXListBox. I populate the listbox from a database table using EF. I load the records into a viewmodel with the model being the EF object. The list is displayed in the listbox, however SelectedItem always returns a null, when I debug it seems that the setter for SelectedItem is never called.  </p> <p>Is there an example of a listbox being loaded from a EF object (db table) ?</p> <p>I have the MessageBox example, but it doesn't use a listbox</p>
