Currently, Our ClientUI works for SL3&SL4 environment. We also aware about SL5 that is coming up and we do have a plan to deliver SL5 support. So, I think you should no worry about SL5.

I want buy the ClientUI software but Silverlight 5 is on the way. My question is, I have to wait about the official release (SL 5) before? If not, do you have to update something to use ClientUI with SL5? How many updates I have after getting your software?
